Jennifer Pelton

Dr. Jennifer Pelton received her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia. She completed her child clinical predoctoral internship at Stanford University School of Medicine, and postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington where she specialized in treatment of eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Pelton worked 5 years as director of a University of Washington depression prevention study for teens transitioning to high school. She continues to specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. Currently, Dr. Pelton is an ongoing instructor of Child Development for the School of Social Work at the UW and continues to specialize in working with adolescents and young adults in her private practice.
